This policy applies to all products and services purchased through the Baykar Garden website (myratrix.com).

Product Return Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return purchased items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging (where applicable)
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The item is not listed as non-returnable in the product description

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Live plants, seeds, and bulbs (unless received damaged or dead upon arrival)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Digital products and downloadable content
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
  • Items that have been used, planted, or show signs of wear

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging if possible
  4. Include your RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item).

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after inspection
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as returns. In your initial contact, please specify that you would like an exchange and provide details of the replacement item you would prefer.

If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.

Please note that exchange items will only be shipped once we have received and inspected your returned item.

Services and Digital Products

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable content, e-books, or digital guides are final and non-refundable once the download has been initiated.

Online Courses and Webinars

For online courses or webinars:

  • You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content
  • No refunds will be provided after 7 days or if you have accessed more than 25% of the course content
  • Refunds for course bundles will be prorated based on the courses accessed

Consultation Services

For garden design consultations or advisory services:

  • You may reschedule or cancel a consultation at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee
  • No-shows will not be eligible for a refund

Subscriptions

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer service
  • Refunds will not be provided for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period
  • Annual subscriptions canceled within the first 30 days may be eligible for a prorated refund
  • No refunds will be issued for annual subscriptions after the first 30 days

Special Promotions and Sales

Items purchased during special promotions, sales, or with discount codes may be subject to different return or refund policies. Any modifications to our standard policy will be clearly stated in the promotion terms or product listing.

Refunds for items purchased with a promotional discount will reflect the actual amount paid after the discount was applied.

International Orders

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable
  • The return process may take longer due to international shipping times and customs processing
  • International refunds will be processed in the original currency of the transaction
